Yes, the sizes indicated on our chart have already deducted the necessary margin for the protectors. Take your measurements and then consult the sizing chart. The hip protectors add about 2cm to your hip measurement.

Care instructions are available on our site, on the leaflet that accompanies all products and also on the labels. We recommend following our instructions to prolong the life of your garments.

Despite the care we give to the choice, quality and manufacture of our garments if you do have a problem contact us with the name of the product, the date and place it was bought and we will endeavor to find a solution for you.
Shortening jeans is no problem if it’s done correctly and does not leave your leg uncovered. Putting an iron-on patch on our jackets is not recommended. Armalith is sensitive to heat so this operation will deteriorate the garment which may no longer protect you as it should and invalidates our guarantee. A sew-on patch can be added to the jacket by a professional but be careful NOT to sew through the Armalith lining.
When you click on « see the product in store » you will access the retailer page. These shop are independant retailers. It is safe to all them before going to the shop. It is not possible to reserve the product via 2milesix website and pick up at a store
When you can add a product to your basket it is in stock. When a product is not available, please click on « message me when available » button. An email will be sent when back in stock.

PAYMENT

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal and transfer.

For any card paiement additionnal information are required such as date of expiry, cryptogram.

We work with the third party stripe to manage card payments.

When paying with bank transfer, the order will be confirmed only upon reception of payment on the LC Moto bank account. You must include the order reference and the client account name on the transfer references.

Orders are processed in 5 working days maximum. Once in shipping company’s hands, they are under their responsibilities. An email is sent when the order is sent.

You can pay with a 2MileSix gift card. A gift certificate should be used, to make payment on the Site, for a single or multiple orders. If the amount of the order is higher than the amount of the certificate, you will be required to pay the balance by choosing another payment method from those proposed on the Site.

It is not possible to pay by check

As of today, it is not possible.

DELIVERY

Once your order is ready (from 24h to 5days), it is the duty of the selected supplier to deliver you quickly : La poste colissimo.
For small orders you can choose between delivery at home with or without proof of delivery and pick up station.
For orders of important value you can choose between delivery at home with proof of delivery and pick up station.

It is not possible at this time.

You will be informed by the shipping company, who will give myou more instructions.

For every order of less than 250€TTC in France or the rest of the world, costs depends on weight and means of transport.

For every order of more than 250€TTC for France delivery costs are free of charge. For french Overseas department and territories a discount is made on the delivery costs.

For the rest of the world, delivery costs depends on weight and means of shipping.

In the case you notice any irregularity or damage on a product you received, please kindly contact our customer service within 15 days with photos of the damaged product. Contact[@]2milesix[.]com
If the conteneur is broken or damaged it is important to write it when receiving the parcel.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (together with any accessories, notice, warranty etc.), accompanied by a copy of the documents attached to the order. In case of incomplete or damaged return not notified as damaged to 2Milesix, the customer won’t be fully refund.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND

You can return your item(s) within 15 working days, starting from the day you receive your goods.
To return a product, your product must remain in its original condition and package (unworn, unwashed, all tags attached).

Within 15 working days, starting from the day you receive your goods, we kindly ask you to follow the steps :
Connect to your personnal account and go to return page.

We validate it and depending on the value of the product, we send you a shipping label.
For every order/ items of less than 250€ in value return is at your expense
For every order/ item of more than 250€ value, return are complimentary for France (not DOM-TOM)

For return at your expense, you can choose the shipping supplier We recommend to choose tracking service.

You can ask for an exchange within 15 working days, starting from the day you receive your goods. We kindly ask you to follow the steps :
Connect to your personnal account and go to return page.
We validate it and depending on the value of the product, we send you a shipping label.
If the product you request in exchange is not available in stock we will give you refund.
When exchanging products of different values we can ask you to pay for the sending costs and balance if needed.

When we receive the product back we inspect it and you will be refund within 15 days.

Depending on the value of the goods and where you are located.

What Can I do if I don’t received confirmation emails from 2MileSix ?
Please check first your SPAM mailbox and contact us for any inquiery.

ConteIf you think that your payment has been unsuccessful, please check that you have not been sent an order confirmation email and that no order appears to be “In progress” in your customer space. If nothing is displayed, you can try placing your order again using a different bank card. We don’t have access to your card details.
You can place your order again with a bank transfer.
